  • I offer few sliding scale spots, for clients facing financial difficulties. Please inquire, and I will provide you with more information.

Payment & Cancelation Policies

Verify Your Benefits with Insurance!

Clients are strongly encouraged to check and verify their own benefits prior to the initial/intake session.

Cancelation Fee

When a appointment is scheduled, it is exclusively reserved for you. With that it is important to let me know, if there is a conflict in your schedule as soon as possible.

All appointments not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged a fee of $100.

No Surprise Act

(Good Faith Estimate) Clients who do not wish to use their insurance, or who do not have insurance, have a right to a written good faith estimated cost of treatment prior to receiving such treatment. If you are billed for more than this good faith estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
